Due to the continuing high river flows, Weybridge Winter Head has been cancelled. Entry cheques will be destroyed. Thank you to all those who entered or were volunteering to officiate : we hope you find something else to do on Saturday.

Course: River Thames, 3000 metres upstream from Walton Rowing Club to Elmbridge Canoe Club.

Events: The Head will be run in TWO divisions at 10.30am and 12.30 p.m.

*Veterans, please state category. Veteran categories may be combined and handicapped.

+J13 octuples event is open to boys and girls, or mixed crews.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for any event in which 3 or more entries are received and 2 boats compete. Crews will be moved to the next highest available category in the event of insufficient entries. Please state if this is not acceptable.

Senior/Veteran events: a commemorative plaque will be awarded to each winning crew, provided that at least three entries are received and two compete.
Junior events: A commemorative medal will be awarded to each competing member, including coxes, of winning crews for events where at least three enries are received and two compete.

Rules: Competitors may race in more than one division. You are reminded that boats must display British Rowing standard identity codes when being used on the Thames.

Fees: Ł8 per competitor per event (coxes free) in advance, £10 if payment is received on the day.
Payment accepted through OARA or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Weybridge Rowing Club' and sent to:
Rachel Kornberg, 18 Woodland Grove, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 9EQ.
Numbers will not be issued if any entry fees are owing.

Entries: We are limited to 75 in each division.
Entries close: Saturday 16th January 2010 at 10 p.m. or earlier if maximum entry received
Entries must be made via OARA only. Telephone/email entries will not be accepted.
